The Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy has published a policy paper outlining the key opportunities to invest in carbon capture, usage and storage (CCUS) in the UK.
This roadmap outlines joint government and industry commitments to the deployment of CCUS in the UK and sets out the approach to delivering four CCUS low carbon industrial clusters, capturing 20-30 MtCO2 per year across the economy by 2030.
